Responsibilities
- Update information database with subscription information for 90K+ global publishing partners and their 250K products.
- Conduct analysis of publisher supplied data to ensure comprehensiveness, quality, and accuracy.
- Research and collect data related to products and/or vendors.
- Communicate and work with 26 EBSCO global offices and our 90K+ publishing partners to resolve customer service issues, obtain necessary data needed to maintain the information database, and address additional issues as they arise.
- Assist with maintaining department training documentation, including identifying best practices and championing workflow improvements.
- Participate and contribute to team wide initiatives related to the quality of the information database as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of advanced Microsoft Excel experience
- 2+ years of continuous work experience in an office environment
- High school diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS)

Target Annual Salary Range: $32,930 - $47,045. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, education, training, and experience, as well as the position’s work location.
