Novelist, the complete readers’ advisory solution, is looking for you. We are currently in search of part-time software trainer to educate clients/customers on the many features of LibraryAware. Working 15  hours a week, the trainer will provide software training both remotely and the occasional training onsite to public library customers.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Demonstrating LibraryAware with charisma, enthusiasm, and knowledge to help educate customers
  • Conducting multiple WebEx conferences weekly to public librarian audiences

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years' software training experience
  • 5+ years’ experience with LibraryAware
  • 5+ years’ experience in public libraries
  • 5+ years’ experience in library marketing
  • 1 + year experience utilizing online conferencing tools.

Preferred Skills :

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • A positive and proactive nature
