The position will provide key support to the financial reporting and analysis process through the design and development of reports, dashboards, financial and data models and other analytical tools to assist in the strategic and operational decision making. 


Primary Responsibilities:

    Assist with preparation and analysis of monthly/quarterly financial reports

    Develop and prepare profitability reporting across products, markets and profit centers 

    Perform ad-hoc financial modeling to support key initiatives and other needs

    Develop, modify, maintain and support custom reports and dashboards ((SAP, Host Analytics, SQL, Access, Tableau) for both ad-hoc and ongoing needs

    Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize efficiency and data quality. Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases and data systems.

    Responsible for reconciliation and quality control of financial data in data warehouse. 

    Streamline routine analysis, identify improvement opportunities to automate, create leverage or find savings 

    Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

    Bachelor Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business or related field 

    3+ years of financial modeling experience is required. Proven track record of building financial models and reporting tools 
    Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Tableau) and databases (Access, SQL)
    Data warehouse reporting and development experience, ability to provide valuable input in design and structure of master data sets 
    Advanced Excel and experience with any large ERP systems 

Preferred Qualifications:

    MBA or MBA Candidate 

    Experience working for a large global organization with International Operations is a plus

    Manufacturing or distribution industry background is a plus 

    Advanced system skills - SAP, Host Analytics and data-focused programming language (Python, R)
