Job Summary

We are seeking an on-site Realtor to follow-through on leads, sell homes and homesites to prospective customers, complete necessary sales paperwork, demonstrate benefits of Alys Beach, and provide exceptional customer service to existing and prospective customers in order to meet company’s sales objective.  This includes setting appointments, providing Alys Beach overviews, site presentations, Showcase Home showings, establishing and maintaining customer relations, building synergy and excitement with customers for the purchase opportunities presented. It is important to have a person in this position that is knowledgeable of the best real estate practices, willingness to always continue to enhance their overall knowledge, has ability to create strong relationships of confidence and trust with their customers, and have positive internal customer skills

 

First day medical benefits and company profit sharing. $1,000 sign-on bonus for this position.

Job Responsibilities

  • Greeting and establishing rapport with all customers that enter the sales center and/or our Showcase Homes.
  • Experienced in negotiating purchase agreements to deliver a premium value to Seller/Developer
  • Completing Purchase Agreements for Developer and Resale properties. Preparing Listing Agreements for Alys Beach owner’s listing their properties with Alys Beach Properties, any and all related paperwork expeditiously and obtaining necessary approvals
  • Maintaining a system of prospects/leads in the Salesforce database, the company CRM program, and customer following-up in a timely manner. Initiating telephone and written correspondence as a follow-up with prospects.
  • Seeking referrals from current prospective customers and owners
  • Ensuring customer expectations have been met through the sales process from Initial Interview to contract signing and closing.
  • Assisting customers to select appropriate options and completing all subsequent change orders for new residential properties being offered by the developer
  • Handling and addressing homeowner concerns during the sales and closing process, and any construction related questions, if any.
  • Keep abreast of industry standards and local sales trends, be familiar with the Multiple Listing System and how to navigate its search capabilities
  • Under guidance of the VP of Sales, create annual sales goals and initiatives to be taken to achieve these goals

Job Requirements

  • College degree
  • Hels an Active Real Estate License for 2 years
  • Current Active Real Estate License
  • Experienced with MS Word, Excel, Internet, and email

Essential Job Function

  • Covering the sales office most weekdays, as well as a rotational basis on Saturdays.
  • Performing property demonstrations and Town overviews, highlighting various features/experiences that meet customer needs
  • Walking the Town of Alys Beach regularly to remain informed of new product offerings being introduced and the current existing inventory offerings of homes or homesites, both Developer and Owner resale properties listed by Alys Beach Properties.
  • Performing administrative duties to complete necessary Purchase and Sales Agreements and Listing Agreements
  • Willingness to cross train with other departments within Alys Beach to further their overall understanding of the inner workings of Alys Beach.
