Job Summary
Alys Beach is seeking a highly skilled, self-directed, and proactive Executive Assistant to support the President of Alys Beach and the Vice President of Operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role serves as a trusted partner and a central connector across the organization, driving strong cross-functional collaboration among leadership and departmental teams. The Executive Assistant will work closely with the President, VP of Operations, and their direct reports to ensure priorities are aligned, communication flows seamlessly, and key initiatives move forward with efficiency and clarity.
This is a unique opportunity to support senior leadership at one of the country’s most distinctive coastal communities while playing a key role in enabling alignment, collaboration, and operational excellence across the organization.
Job Responsibilities
Executive & Strategic Support
- Manage the calendars of the President and VP of Operations, aligning priorities across multiple departments and stakeholders.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including leadership, board, and homeowner engagements.
- Prepare high-quality briefing materials, agendas, and follow-ups to support effective decision-making.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Serve as a central liaison to direct reports, ensuring alignment across teams.
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings, track key initiatives, and drive accountability on deliverables.
- Identify coordination gaps and proactively improve workflows and collaboration across departments.
Communication & Representation
- Draft and manage executive communications with clarity, professionalism, and consistency.
- Ensure clear, timely communication to leadership, employees, and homeowners.
- Represent Alys Beach in a polished, professional manner in all interactions.
- Serve as a trusted ambassador of the Alys Beach culture, ensuring the Company's Core Values of Accountability, Commitment, Integrity, Passion, and Unity are reflected in all communications and interactions.

Job Requirements
Qualifications
- 5+ years supporting executives or senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and align diverse stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate information effectively across teams and all stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a professional and service-oriented approach to interacting with leadership, employees, homeowners and guests.
- Experience facilitating cross-functional meetings and driving follow-through on key initiatives.
- High level of professionalism, sound judgment, and ability to manage sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and calendar management tools; adaptable to evolving systems.
- Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
Preferred Attributes
- Experience supporting leadership within hospitality, luxury hotels or private clubs, real estate, community development, or related industries is preferred.
- Exposure to luxury, member-focused, or homeowner-centric environments is a plus.
