Job Summary
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with the Roles and Responsibilities of a Field Superintendent
- Blueprints 101, Challenges of concrete construction and waterproofing
- Assist with the Roles and Responsibilities Quality Control and Quality Assurance
- Assist with the Roles and Responsibilities of a Project Manager
- Assist with the Roles and Responsibilities Estimating, Budgeting and Accounting
- Assist with generating Subcontracts, Purchase Orders and Contract Negotiations
Job Requirements
- Computer skill set to include MS Office Suite, Adobe
- Assist with obtaining Building Permits
