Job Summary

Alys Beach is seeking a property management inspector for their growing property management operation. The candidate will be a main point of contact between our home owners, property management inspectors, engineering department and any outside vendors doing work at Alys Beach.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough inspections of homes
  • Provide detailed documentation of all necessary repairs and maintenance in an organized fashion to be passed along to managers and then to homeowner
  • Perform basic general home maintenance tasks, including but not limited to climbing a ladder to change lightbulbs, use of a screw driver, and changing batteries
  • Compile all documentation in our computer program, Maintenance Connection.
  • Send emails within the company
  • Efficiently manage time in order to complete all necessary inspections by deadline set by management
  • Provide excellent customer service when communicating with homeowners and guests
  • Create professional relationships with homeowners


Job Requirements

  • Customer service experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid DL
  • Proficient Microsoft Outlook Email use
  • Proficient iPhone use
  • Ability to lift 25lbs
  • Ability to spend more than 1 hour outside without air conditioning
  • Ability to stand for multiple hours at a time
