Job Summary

Alys Beach is seeking a property management inspector for their growing property management operation. The candidate will be a main point of contact between our home owners, property management inspectors, engineering department and any outside vendors doing work at Alys Beach.

Job Responsibilities

  • Inspection report creation and distribution to owners
  • Coordinate outside vendors and in-house Engineering Department in homes on Alys Beach programs
  • Ensure proper billing for any work performed
  • Ensure proper payment to outside vendors for any work performed
  • Answer and direct telephone calls and specific emails as needed
  • Maintain timely and regular communication between Alys Beach and property owners
  • Document, verify, and account for all keys signed in and out by employees and vendors
  • Regularly inspect all homes; issue inspection reports; check all lighting; check all windows and doors; check all furnishings, appliances and audio visual; check courtyard and pool or fountain; and all other aspects of the hom
  • Enter work orders and maintain unit data entry
  • Perform additional duties as needed

Job Requirements

  • Customer Service Experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Essential Job Functions

  • Answering and directing telephone calls
  • Answering and directing emails
  • Responding in a timely manner to any owner inquiries
  • Maintaining up-to-date records on all homes in the program
  • Assisting owners, Alys Beach Engineering Department, Rentals Office and Director of Owner and Guest Services.
  • Possible distribution of keys to vendors
  • Data entry
  • Any other tasks as directed

Preferred Skills

  • Previous office/front desk experience
  • Previous hotel or property management experience
