Pay Range: $90,000.00 - $95,000.00 + Commission
Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative for our Los Angeles office to manage customer accounts and drive sales growth in the region.
The Inside Sales Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for customer accounts, providing technical expertise, generating quotes, and managing the full sales cycle. This role requires strong product knowledge and the ability to build lasting customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and timely product quotes to customers
- Troubleshoot technical product questions and recommend appropriate solutions
- Manage and develop assigned customer accounts
- Promote ACE's product capabilities and value proposition
- Utilize CRM systems and databases to track customer interactions and sales activities
- Process pricing requests and perform necessary calculations
- Participate in ongoing product training and professional development
Job Requirements
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in the electrical product industry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience in direct sales or account management
- Working knowledge of electrical services, products, and distribution networks
- Proficiency with CRM systems and business software
- Demonstrated customer service excellence
- Ability to perform pricing analysis and calculations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a high-volume sales environment
- Technical knowledge of power distribution systems
- Self-motivated with a competitive drive to achieve sales goals
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
