Job Summary

As a Warehouse Worker II based in Houston, TX, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of warehouse functions by relocating materials and supporting diverse warehouse activities. Job Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts, hand trucks, hoists, motorized conveyors, and other material handling equipment in compliance with organizational safety policies.
• Perform loading and unloading of goods with attention to care and precision to prevent damage during handling.
• Pick, pack, count, and verify items in the warehouse to maintain accurate inventory levels and support order fulfillment activities.
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and electronic devices to record inventory movement and update status within enterprise resource systems (ERP).
• Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse work area, including conducting routine inspections and reporting safety concerns promptly.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
• Participate actively in training and development programs to build skills and improve productivity in warehouse operations.
• Adhere to company policies and standards relating to security, quality, and safety in warehouse procedures.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-3 years of experience in warehouse operations or a similar environment preferred.
• Proven ability to safely operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, hand trucks, and conveyors.
• Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, is advantageous.
