Job Summary
The Sales Support Representative III will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the sales department by providing essential administrative and logistical assistance. This position involves managing order processing and entry with accuracy, maintaining detailed records, and serving as a responsive liaison to customer inquiries and requests for proposals (RFPs). Beyond routine support, the role also encompasses data analysis responsibilities, including generating comprehensive reports on sales targets, activities, and various key performance metrics. The successful candidate will coordinate and organize meetings and events for customers and prospects, prepare compelling presentation materials, and manage exhibits to enhance customer engagement.
This position requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and substantial experience. Candidates should bring a minimum of 4 to 7 years of related professional experience, demonstrating the ability to handle moderately complex projects both independently and collaboratively. Reporting to a supervisor or team leader, the Sales Support Representative III is an integral member of the sales team, contributing not only through administrative expertise but also by training and supporting colleagues on systems, processes, and procedural best practices.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage order processing tasks efficiently, including verification, entry, tracking, and resolution of any discrepancies in sales orders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, ensuring data integrity across all documentation and systems.
- Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries and RFPs, fostering positive client relationships and facilitating clear communication.
- Generate and analyze detailed reports on sales performance, including achievement of sales targets, pipeline progress, and activity metrics to support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate the logistics for customer and prospect meetings, events, and exhibitions, ensuring seamless organization and effective communication among all participants.
- Prepare professional presentation materials and visual exhibits that support sales efforts and enhance client engagement.
- Provide ongoing training and support to sales team members on the use of internal systems, processes, and procedures, promoting consistency and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement of sales support processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout all sales support activities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, sales, or a related field is required.
- Demonstrated experience of 4 to 7 years in sales support or administration within a dynamic sales environment.
- Proficient with CRM software, order management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams and external clients.
- Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret sales data and develop insightful reports.
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented structure.
- Familiarity with sales processes, customer service principles, and logistical coordination is preferred.
