Moultrie Mobile is looking to add a WordPress Developer to the team. This position will be focused on validating new features, creating test plans, and writing test automation for the Moultrie Mobile platform under guidance of senior team members.   As a team member, you will work cross-functionally with Product Development and Engineering to ensure the completion of visions and timelines set by the business.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with UX/UI Designer, leadership and marketing team to implement web designs/re-designs
• Develop custom ecommerce WordPress site
• Independently perform front- and back-end web development
• Conduct routine updates and testing, independently or upon request
• Coordinate efforts with contract teams for larger projects

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering or related field (in lieu of degree we will consider candidates with comparable work experience)
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Web Development
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in WordPress
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly
• Experience working on an ecommerce
• Understanding of SEO best practices and how to implement them in WordPress templates
• Plugin knowledge with experience researching and installing plugins
• Experience with web hosting and launching websites
• Deep understanding of CSS

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge and ability to work in .NET is a plus
• Experience using WooCommerce
• Experience using Magento
