PRADCO Outdoor Brands seeks a data-driven, qualitative marketer to lead its paid search efforts. The role of Digital Advertising Manager will play a crucial role in helping multiple iconic hunting and fishing brands realize their full online sales potential. Nested inside the Digital Initiatives Team and reporting to the Director of Digital Sales, you will lead the development and implementation of paid online strategy across of range of platforms. Extensive experience in search engine marketing, social media marketing, and web analysis tools is required, along with proven track record of managing multiple campaigns and growing sales. You will seek out optimizations at the micro and macro levels, knowing when to focus on campaign tweaks and when to bubble up and look holistically across channels. You will collaborate with other team members to ensure campaigns are aligned with broader promotional calendars and other digital marketing efforts. Regular reporting with recommendation plans for improvement will be essential to measuring your (and our) success. Scope and Responsibilities:

  • Build and execute paid digital strategies across a portfolio of outdoor brands
  • Autonomously own the daily execution of Google and Bing ad accounts
  • Manage Facebook and Instagram paid campaigns
  • Manage Amazon Marketing Services and DSP accounts
  • Manage other digital campaigns such as display, PDA, and remarketing
  • Develop and implement search test strategies (inclusive of, but not limited to bidding, copy, positioning, etc.)
  • Regular reporting on campaign performance and KPIs
  • Daily campaign optimization
  • Collaborate with other team members to augment customer acquisition and retention marketing activities
  • Explore and make recommendations on new advertising platforms, services, and tools
  • Work with external vendors as needed  



  • Bachelor's Degree (Preference in Marketing, Data Analytics)
  • A minimum of 3 years paid search experience
  • Hands on experience managing online campaigns across a variety of vendors (i.e. Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads)
  • Mastery of all basic SEM Fundamentals
  • Complete understanding of bid management systems/practices
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools with a concentration in Excel
